Break News: EMU's Temporary Restraining Order is DENIED

Dear Union Siblings:

Today, a Washtenaw County Circuit Court Judge denied EMU Administration's unlawful attempt at a Temporary Restraining Order, and ordered a hearing on the matter for September 16, 2022. If no contract is reached by then, at that hearing, we will present a vigorous defense of our actions, including calling Administration witnesses to show their "unclean hands" in this matter.

However, we hope that the Judge's rejection of EMU Administration's unsupported injunction request will spur them to finally begin to negotiate in good faith. We will keep you posted as significant events occur.
