Bargaining Update 7/29/22

Dear Colleagues,

The EMU-AAUP Negotiating Team continues to work towards a fair and equitable contract in a Hyflex format with some members in person and others joining via Zoom. Proposals on workload, shared governance, FRFs/Sabbatical leaves, among others, were exchanged and discussed. Negotiations will continue next week in which both EMU-AAUP and administration will share proposals on compensation. Stay tuned for more details as we continue.
