Scenes from the Picket Line

EMU Faculty have been joined by students and other supporters as they begin day 1 of their strike. The picket line began at 7:45 am and will continue throughout the day. Supporters have also been honking their horns as they drive past, offering food and water, and generally showing their support for the faculty’s ask for a fair raise and reasonable health insurance costs.
