The US Circuit Court of Appeals overturned the injunction imposed by US District Judge Denise Page Hood, which stopped the enforcement of the law banning payroll dues deduction. The law will not impact universities and colleges, only K – 12 teachers. Contracts that include dues deduction clauses will stay in force until the contracts expire.
